- Once orders are processed and posted it should take 2-3 days standard delivery by Royal Mail

Delivery of Local Fresh Mushrooms
- Our fresh mushrooms are available for collection in Derby or free local home delivery in certain postcodes.

Delivery of Grow Kits
- Our grow kits are available for delivery nationwide, however there is a longer expected delivery time due to preparation and small batch sizes. These can take up to 2 weeks to prepare before shipping.

Returns Information
- We accept returns within 28 days after the items are received if the products are unopen and/or unused. Please note if you wish to return items you will have to pay for the return shipping. Use the contact page or the form below to arrange your return.
- We have a returns policy for Grow Kits, whereby, if they do not fruit after instructions have been correctly followed, we will resend another free of charge. Use the contact page or the form below to arrange your return.
- We have a refund policy for Workshop and Events tickets. In the event that we need to cancel, a full refund will be issued to you. Full refund if you cancel with at least 1 weeks notice. Partial refund (50%) if you cancel with 4 days notice. No refund if you cancel with only 48 hours notice. Use the contact page or the form below to arrange your refund.
