We have turned our beautiful Oyster Mushrooms into a delicious vegan and gluten-free jerky for you to eat on the go, or add as a topping to your meals. We have sliced and dehydrated oyster mushrooms, then cooked them in delicious spices and sauces, and finally dried them to the perfect jerky texture. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- "Smoky Paprika": Oyster mushroom, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce (soya), sugar, pepper, smoked paprika.
- "Spicy Chilli": Oyster mushroom, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce (soya), sugar, pepper, smoked paprika, chilli.
Instructions for Use:
- Keep in a cool, dry place.
- Once opened, keep sealed and use within 7 days.
- Produced in a facility handling gluten
